Good Thrill Hunting: The Estate Edit–Park City
Shop preloved designer fashion during a special pop-up in Park City this Memorial Day weekend.
Memorial Day weekend is notorious for sales, but the best deals of all won’t be found online—they’ll be found in Park City. This weekend, Beau Dunn of Who Is She Wearing will host The Estate Edit: Park City, a private luxury shopping event featuring preloved designer pieces, including clothing, handbags, fine jewelry, home decor, skiwear, and kids clothing.
The shopping event runs for three days, May 24–26, and a portion of proceeds will benefit Walk With Sally.

We chatted with Beau to learn more about her story, her battle with thyroid cancer, her inspiration for The Estate Edit, and what designer gems await shoppers this weekend. Read our Q&A below!
Hi Beau! Can you please share a brief intro about who you are and what brought you to Park City?
Hi! I’m Beau Dunn—I’m a visual artist, entrepreneur, and mom of twins. I’m originally from Beverly Hills, but my connection to Utah actually goes way back. My grandfather invested in a tech company in Roy, Utah in the '70s and '80s, so I grew up spending winters in Park City and Deer Valley at our family’s ski home. I’ve only ever skied here and have so many special memories in this community.
After going through thyroid cancer and becoming a mom during the pandemic, my husband and I started rethinking what we wanted long-term. He’s from New Zealand and grew up skiing competitively in Switzerland, so living in a mountain town has always been his dream. Then life aligned in an unexpected way—our twins were born via our amazing surrogate who happened to live in Salt Lake City. It wasn’t something we planned, but it brought us to Utah in such a meaningful way. We ended up spending the entire summer of 2022 here and completely fell in love with the idea of calling it home.
In 2021, after one of my best friend’s wedding in Colorado, we road-tripped through Aspen, Jackson, Telluride—all beautiful—but when we landed in Park City; it just felt different. Familiar. Like coming home. My grandmother still lives in Deer Valley, and having that family connection, along with such a welcoming and inspiring community, really pulled us in.
Once we had our babies, it became clear we wanted them raised in nature. We came out for Christmas in 2023 and honestly haven’t left since. Utah just kept calling us back. While we still split time between LA and Park City for work—we’ve kept our home in Beverly Hills and I travel frequently for business—Park City is home now. The lifestyle, the people, the energy—it’s everything we were looking for and more.
What inspired you to launch Who Is She Wearing?
Who Is She Wearing came to life after my thyroid cancer diagnosis. As I began healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—I found myself reevaluating so many parts of my life. One of the most unexpectedly emotional experiences was going through my closet. I realized how many pieces were tied to powerful moments, different versions of myself, and stories I had never really shared. It wasn’t just fashion—it was memory. Identity. Emotion.
I've always loved curating—it’s something that comes naturally to me. I love the hunt, the details, the craftsmanship. Over the years, between red carpets, art openings, brand events, and simply loving fashion, I’ve collected everything from couture gowns to vintage designer pieces, to amazing everyday staples. Honestly, I love shopping a little too much—but I also love making things meaningful. I started to feel overwhelmed by what was sitting in storage or untouched in my closet and asked myself: What if these pieces could have a second life? What if they could do more than just hang there?
That’s when the idea for Who Is She Wearing truly crystallized. I envisioned a 360-degree resale platform—one that was sustainable, gave back to charity, and created a sense of community through fashion and storytelling. Every item on the platform has a story and a soul. It's a way to connect through clothing, to promote conscious consumption, and to reimagine luxury in a way that feels both personal and purposeful.
At its core, Who Is She Wearing is about sustainability—not just environmentally, but emotionally and socially. It’s about giving beautiful pieces a second life, reducing waste, and supporting causes that matter. A portion of every drop supports nonprofit partners, many of them chosen based on personal impact, including organizations that support cancer families and women’s health. It’s a platform where style meets substance, and where fashion becomes a way to give back, not just dress up.
Giving back seems to be a big part of your vision. Why was that important to include in Who Is She Wearing?
From the very beginning, giving back has been at the heart of Who Is She Wearing. When I envisioned this platform, I always imagined each featured talent or celebrity choosing a charity close to their heart—so that every closet we share isn’t just about fashion, but also about making a meaningful impact. We started with my own closet, and I chose to support Walk With Sally, a nonprofit that provides mentorship and emotional support to children who have lost, or are currently losing, a parent or sibling to cancer.
This cause is deeply personal to me. After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer, I had such a shift in perspective—and as a mom, the idea of children navigating that kind of loss just struck something in me. I wanted to do something more than just sell clothes. I wanted every piece to hold purpose and create a ripple effect of support and love. Walk With Sally does exactly that, and I’m proud to be a Global Ambassador for their mission. Their CEO, Tash Brooks, is flying in from California to celebrate the weekend with us, which means so much.
Ultimately, my hope is that Who Is She Wearing becomes a platform where fashion is a vehicle for storytelling, community, and giving back—because when you know the story behind what you’re wearing and who it’s helping, it means so much more.
What was the inspiration behind The Estate Edit: Park City?
This event is truly an extension of everything I love: fashion, connection, and giving back. After moving to Park City, I was incredibly inspired by the energy here—there’s this beautiful mix of people from all over the world, and such a strong local community in both Park City and Salt Lake. As someone who’s still relatively new and building community myself, I wanted to create something that felt elevated, but still warm and inclusive—a space where women, moms, families, and fashion lovers could come together, connect, and enjoy a truly unique experience.
The Estate Edit is more than just a sale—it’s a curated, boutique-style experience that brings high fashion and thoughtful styling to a relaxed, open-air setting. It’s designed to feel personal, inspiring, and purposeful—a place where you can shop designer pieces, discover kids’ treasures, and find one-of-a-kind items, all while supporting an incredible cause. This is also a special way to introduce Who Is She Wearing to Utah.
At the heart of all of this is the idea that fashion can be more—more meaningful, more mindful, and more connected to community. This event is a celebration of that: bringing women together, supporting one another, shopping with intention, and doing it all in a way that feels joyful and inspiring.
What can local shoppers expect to find during the sale? Any specific items/styles/brands you can call out?
There’s truly something for everyone—it’s a curated treasure trove of fashion and lifestyle finds across every category. You’ll find a stunning mix of designer women’s fashion, including iconic pieces from Chanel, Dior, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton, along with contemporary favorites and elevated everyday staples. We’ve also merchandised a full kids’ section featuring designer children’s clothing, toys, and books—perfect for stylish little ones—plus a thoughtful edit of menswear staples, including pieces from Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and more.
The sale also includes curated ski and mountain apparel, one-of-a-kind vintage couture, and beautifully styled home décor and lifestyle accessories. We’ve even included a selection of designer handbags and jewelry—think Hermès, Cartier, and Dior—for those looking for something extra special.
All pieces are from my personal closet and collection—everything from sequins and suiting to Barbiecore and vintage runway. The entire event has been styled to feel fun, inspiring, and accessible, with inclusive sizing and a wide range of price points so everyone can discover something they love.
Could you share further details about sizing and price range for the sale?
We’ve made inclusivity a huge priority—not just in price, but in sizing and overall experience. One thing I’ve noticed with many celebrity closets, like the Kardashian Closet or other talent resale platforms, is that they typically reflect just one size. But because of my personal health journey—including my thyroid cancer diagnosis and the many ups and downs that followed—I’ve been every size, and everything in between. That’s made me so aware of how important it is to offer pieces that work for all body types.
At The Estate Edit, you’ll find sizes ranging from XS to XL, and pricing that starts under $3 and goes up to $2,000+ for special, rare designer pieces. Whether someone is looking for a fun $40 sweatshirt or a vintage Chanel jacket, the goal is to make it feel like a treasure hunt that’s inspiring, inclusive, and never intimidating. I wanted everyone to walk in and feel like there’s something just for them—no matter their size, style, or budget.
How would you describe your personal style? Are items featured in the sale from your personal closet?
I’ve always been known in LA for having one of the most colorful, Barbie-inspired closets—pink has definitely reigned supreme over the years—but for me, it’s really about bold, vibrant self-expression. My style is eclectic and playful, mixing vintage treasures with designer staples and fun, unexpected finds. You’ll see a lot of color—from head-to-toe sequins and metallics to bright suiting—but I also love great black basics and timeless classics. Think neon one day, and Ralph Lauren Americana the next.
All of the pieces featured in The Estate Edit are from my personal closet—items I’ve personally collected, loved, and worn through different chapters of my life. Many hold meaningful stories, whether they were worn to a special event or simply brought joy in everyday moments. Over the years, as my health, style, and size have evolved, I’ve held onto everything from size 0 to 14. Now, with a full closet that no longer fits the current version of me, I’d rather these pieces find a second home than stay in storage.
I’ve always been inspired by women like Princess Diana and Carolyn Bessette—their grace, confidence, and fashion legacy. I hope The Estate Edit offers that same spirit of timeless style mixed with personal expression; a space where women can discover something beautiful, have fun, and feel connected through fashion.
Do you have plans to do Estate Edit pop-up sales in other cities?
Yes! That’s definitely the vision. We’ve had such an amazing response to this first event in Park City, and it’s been incredibly moving to see how people have connected not only with the pieces, but with the purpose behind them. I’m so excited to take The Estate Edit on the road—to bring this experience to other communities that are craving something meaningful, beautiful, and fun.
The idea isn’t just to sell clothing—it’s to create a moment. A moment where people come together, discover pieces that tell a story, and feel inspired by fashion in a new way. Every city has its own personality and energy, and my goal is to design Estate Edit events that reflect that—whether it’s a beach town, ski town, or metropolitan hub.
Ultimately, I want to build something that travels with intention—not just about clothes, but about connection, community, and giving back. Fashion is just the beginning. This is about purpose-driven shopping, storytelling, and creating spaces where people feel seen, included, and inspired.
